Treat Your Pet will ship all goods purchased via Australia Post - Parcel Post, however we reserve the right to ship via other means at our discretion.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery for all orders within the Perth Metro area. If we are unable to ship within 2 working days of your order we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a refund.

For all Non- Perth Metro orders please refer to Australia Post for standard shipping time's and allow an additional 2 working days for packaging and dispatch.

We don't normally offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Exchanges or Refunds are available where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do.
